Luke 5: 18-26 tells us of Christ healing the paralytic man. What is important in this passage is that we understand our relationship as 'partners' in Christ's miracles. The paralytic man needed something he could not do for himself. It was up to others to help.

I believe that there were 4 friends who came to this man's assistance. Each represents a necessity in partnering with God's miracles. The man had a need. But so did those who  wanted to help - a place for everyone. Without the help of others, this project is as IMPOTENT as the paralyzed man of this passage. Our ministry REQUIRES the help of others. That is the way GOD wants it. A total dependence on HIM and an interdependence upon one another.

We need people - we need YOU!

PRAYER was the second who took a corner of the stretcher. Realizing the task was greater than their abilities, asked GOD for help.

FAITH entered the room and took the place at the third corner. Without faith, the journey would be impossible.

GOOD WORKS finished the ensemble and took the last position and mobilizes the others for the task at hand.

VISION - the INITIATOR, was sensitive to others and to God.
PRAYER - the INTERCESSOR, was touched by the reality of the need.
FAITH - the INNOVATOR, sees beyond the barriers and finds belief.
GOOD WORKS - the INVESTOR, made the impossible possible. Together they brought the man to Jesus for healing.

We all have a part to play in bring those to Christ who are incapable of doing it by themselves.

Prayer Partners:

We are currently looking for  prayer intercessors for our work and for the hundreds of prayer requests from those impacted through our ministry.

Prayer Coordinator:

We need someone or a couple who could be responsible for creating a prayer bulletin for distribution among our networking partners. The goal would be to carefully orchestrate the prayer concerns of this ministry and those whom our ministry supports. 

Writers (of various kinds):

We are in continual need for writers for pamphlets, brochures, and training materials.

Editors:

In fields of both print media, web texts, and for creating indexes for audio tapes. There is a GREAT need for web document editors.

Fund Raisers:

We are in need of individuals who have the ability and gifts for finding God's money for ministry purposes. This entire ministry relies upon the stewardship of God's people. No funds go to the personal support of any individual missionaries or mission agencies. Contributions are tax deductible.

Donor Relations:

We need people who are willing to follow-up and maintain a database for donors, issuing tax deductible contribution receipts and letters of donation.

Research Specialists:

People who have training in either traditional hard copy research or expertise in Internet searching are needed. The focus here is to be ready to assist our constituency in research needs not available from their fields of service.

Audio-Indexers:

These positions require one to listen to an audio tape from a CD and create an INDEX of the subjects which are on the tape, listing the topic and time on a text document. This document would be included onto the CD where approximately 100 CDs will reside and serve as both a table of contents and index for subjects. The text document will be subjected to a search engine that will list every tape on the CD that contains the subject queried and the precise location on each individual tape. The "find" would then be hyper-linked to the specific tape where a simple 'click' would take you to the exact tape and subject you want without having to listen to the entire tape.

Computer Specialists

Digital Audio and Video experts:

who are capable of assisting in the creation of CDs for training purposes from audio and video tapes.

Programmers:

with experience in ACCESS, web design, JAVA script, server and security issues regarding the Internet and CD production.

Web design specialists:

who have the expertise for maintaining a website that is relatively static. This requires someone with experience.

Server and network specialists:

with the ability to help us develop and maintain a server designed to network this ministry to networking partners from all around the world.

Digital graphic designers and artists:

are needed to illustrate our website, materials being developed, and presentations being created for a wide variety of ministry objectives. Microsoft PowerPoint is the principle medium for our multimedia presentations for training.

Creators of multimedia presentations:

capable of creating a general script and developing presentations and training materials.

Theologians (especially those who deal with I S L A M I C material)

are needed for the purpose of previewing the offerings of resources received by this ministry for inclusion onto CDs.

Biblical Apologists:

who have the expertise necessary to take the variety of I s l a m i c objections to Christianity and develop answers designed for cross-cultural focus groups.

Visionaries:

who have the ability to see through God's eyes, beyond the realm of impossibilities into the PROBABILITIES. Those who are not prone to ask, "Can it be done?", but those who ask, "How can we do it?".
